pkgsrc now frozen for 2018Q1

Hi everybody,

Note that pkgsrc is now frozen in preparation for the pkgsrc-2018Q1
branch due next week.

This is a great time to check that pkgsrc bootstraps on your favourite
esoteric platform, that packages you need are building on platforms
you may use, and that documentation is up-to-date.  If you are able to
provide fixes for issues that's even better.

For those with a few spare machine cycles, full or limited bulk builds
posted to http://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-bulk/ are also helpful.

All being well we'll release next weekend.
