I just updated pkglint to 5.4.17. Now it doesn't complain about multiple
MASTER_SITES definitions anymore. Thanks for your patience.

Just in case you are thinking about doing a similar change to the
MASTER_SITE_* definitions in mk/fetch/sites.mk, pkglint is ready for that.
