     Where did you get the idea that it forbids commercial use.
I just the licence and pretty much the only restriction is that
you're not allowed to charge money for the software.  Pretty much
anything else goes, including charging money for related services,
such as installation and configuration.

     Who cares what the FSF thinks?  OSI is the only relevant one
of the two.  I think that is a possibility that this licence could
be certified by them.
