We are based on 4.7 and probably will be for a while as we have a
number of local changes for it, but for the others I don't have any
particular desire to keep them, especially gcc48 (which has had
various issues with its import), and older versions which lack -libs
support.

I'd certainly like to see a 5.1 import ;)
