The LICENSE= was ${PERL5_LICENSE} and I thought it should be
converted to 'artistic', but
${PERL5_LICENSE} is really gnu-gpl-v2 OR artistic.

I'm (again) confused with the meaning of 'OR'.

Is this converted to artistic ?
