Based on gcc or clang?

Hinted by http://mail-index.netbsd.org/tech-pkg/2013/09/19/msg011972.html I 
decided
to do y full rebuild to see if still everything is ok.

I encountered a graphviz PLIST bug, bug dig into it later.
And the two submitted build issues
