Yes, we already discussed this and the overall conclusion was that
CONFLICTS should be up-to-date and behave as it is documented.

First, I'd like to make CONFLICTS up-to-date.  The second step is to
reduce a number of CONFLICTS on per-package basis using
pkg_alternatives, for example (if needed), changing prefix and so on.
