NATIVE_X11_INCOMPATIBLE?

I just had an idea: add a setting NATIVE_X11_INCOMPATIBLE that takes a
list of system types and sets PKG_FAIL_REASON on those platforms if
X11_TYPE is "native".

There are quite a few packages that don't build with native X on
various platforms, particularly at this point netbsd-5; it would be an
improvement to not either waste time trying to build them or have to
continue to wade through the results in bulk build output.

Anyone think this is worthwhile?
