Better, thanks.

However:
# pkg_chk -nabk
*** Ignoring pkg_summary.bz2 as newer pkgs in /archive/packages/current/All
*** Ignoring pkg_summary.gz as newer pkgs in /archive/packages/current/All
# pkg_delete py27-anki
# pkg_chk -nabk
*** Ignoring pkg_summary.bz2 as newer pkgs in /archive/packages/current/All
*** Ignoring pkg_summary.gz as newer pkgs in /archive/packages/current/All

I'd have expected py27-anki to be installed again now.

My config, "grep -i pkg /etc/mk.conf" (partial):
BINPKG_SITES=
PKGCHK_CONF=    /path/to/pkg_chk.conf
PKGCHK_TAGS=    base
PKGCHK_NOTAGS=  i386
# grep anki /path/to/pkg_chk.conf
misc/py-anki    base    maintainer
