After testing every single module build and verified that nginx was
working correctly, both static + plugged to PHP-FPM, I have updated
the package to 1.2.2.

As Matthew pointed out, this is a critical package, I'd like to have
more feedback on it, anyone willing to give a try:

# cd ${PKGSRC}/www/nginx
# cvs up -dP -rHEAD # if you're not running current branch
# make update clean
# /etc/rc.d/nginx restart
