Berlios Open Source repository to shut down by end of 2011

The Berlios Open Source repository has been announced to shut down by the end 
of this year. A number of pkgsrc's (and pkgsrc-wip's) packages (about 50 in 
totoal) rely on sources found there.
Hopefully many upstream maintainers will make the move to an alternative 
repository. In any case, we should be prepared that some packages will need an 
update.
What should we do about packages whose upstream maintainers do not move to 
another site in time?
