From usability point of view, it would be nice if old package stays for
a quarter (or two) to direct users to new place. E.g.

# Remove this package after 2011Q1 (or 2011Q2):
BROKEN= Moved to security/clamav in 2010Q4

But I don't insist on it, we have more problems in this area.
