devel/nss on MacOS X anyone?

I'm trying to build devel/nss on MacOS 10.6 but I end up like this:

libplc4.dylib is found in work/.buildlink/lib/nspr/libplc4.dylib
Was nsinstall not built correctly?

What mechanism should ensure libplc4.dylib to be found?
