crossbuild of devel/libtool-base

Hi,

After a long interval, I'm trying cross build with pkgsrc.

Now, installed libtool script contains path for `nm' command.
If USE_CROSS_COMPILE=yes, nm also created as tools wrapper,
so it result in work ref in installed libtool.

It seems that same issues are already cared in libtool/Makefile,
but how about this case? just set t_cv_path_NM="nm -B"?
