how to use ncurses' term.h? (misc/tmux)

pkgsrc/misc/tmux fails to build on NetBSD (5.0/i386, pkgsrc-current) as it 
can't find term.h. The patch below uses <ncurses/term.h> instead of 
<term.h>, but I wonder if that's the right fix.

Someone please advise (else I'll commit the patch below :).

FWIW, the buildlink dir has:
