lang/perl5/Makefile already have following lines:

.if ${OPSYS} == "IRIX"
.  if defined(ABI) && ${ABI} == "64"
CONFIGURE_ARGS+=        -Duse64bitint
.  endif
.endif

I'm not sure that it is still required or not.
