NO_CHECKSUM removal

Hi all,
I have been done the first major pass to cut down the number of packages
using NO_CHECKSUM. This is now down to two packages in the main tree and
a bunch more in pkgsrc-wip.

For pkgsrc, the following packages remain:
www/seamonkey-bin-nightly (and related)
wm/wmthemes

Given that seamonkey-bin-nightly can't be fetched anyway, I want to
remove it.

wm/wmthemes needs to be fixed by someone with interested in WindowMaker.

For pkgsrc-wip, most of the remaining users are cvs/svn/hg packages and
they should work without NO_CHECKSUM. The remaining packages seem to be:
wip/elinks-snapshot
wip/ffmpeg-snapshot
wip/mplayer-share
wip/service
wip/spamassassin-cvs
wip/tcc-devel
