Renamed should be used when the PKGNAME changes (usually happens with
a directory rename/re-import).

Moved should be used when only the directory name changes
(i.e. gtk-sharp was moved from x11/gtk-sharp2 to x11/gtksharp, but the
PKGNAME stayed the same).

IMO they describe different things. I'll let others comment on any
tools that could use this.
