Subversion packages up for adoption

I no longer use or work on Subversion, and probably will not keep
it quite as up to date as I used to.  Does anyone want it?
The packaging has some oddities (e.g. the svn-build-outputs-hack
target for recreating build.conf so we can build bindings and
things as separate packages), and of course I'll answer any
questions about that.
