Strange $Config{libpth} of perl binary package on f.n.o

Hi,

If install binary package of perl on f.n.o for NetBSD-4.0/i386, then

% perl -e 'use Config; print $Config{libpth}'
/usr/lib

If build and install on my machine,
% perl -e 'use Config; print $Config{libpth}'
/usr/lib /usr/pkg/lib

The lack of /usr/pkg/lib in libpth make some perl module packages broken.

For example, textproc/p5-Text-kakasi, in configure stage,
following message is appreard:

Note (probably harmless): No library found for -lkakasi

Then, result of perl module is not linked with -lkakasi, broken.
Yes, current binary package of p5-Text-Kakasi on f.n.o also broken.

Why binary package of perl on f.n.o does not include /usr/pkg/lib?
