Now for some tools and some libraries you can use native versions, but not
with perl. This is often handled by pkgsrc/mk/tools.mk and
pkgsrc/mk/buildlink3/bsd.builtin.mk.
If you have other tools or libraries you are interested in let us know
which ones. (But sorry, native perl is not covered.)
