This was a bit of a deliberate omission, which is why the language is weird. They should fix this in the upcoming update.

Got it. The DHCPv6 RFCs seem poorly worded around this, there's
nothing specific about how the client gets it's default route other
than it needs to be compatible with RA. Or maybe I missed it. I'm
probably stuck on IPv4 methodology...
