Yes, that's the way its supposed to be.
Obviously, its also indeed the case for rules in the default group. But 
there's that bug in the output of ipfstat -6 -[io] which could make one 
believe that only the non-group rules are separate and other groups are 
shared between v4 and v6. After half a day of experimenting, I'm indeed 
confident it's just a bug in the output and not in the way the rules are 
actually applied, but it would be nice if that bug could be fixed.
Shall I file a PR?
