For the sysinst changes: its not that bad, I have unfinished patches somewhere.
The EFI partition on the individual commponents screws things up a bit.

There is a semi-automatic path through it, for now you need to manually
take care of the outer EFI boot partition(s) and once the raid is there
abort, create root and swap partitions, abort and restart sysinst and
then pick "install to pre-existing wedge".

It is on my list, but proper multi-boot EFI support (with EFI boot options
configured) is first.
