I read a email from current-users from sometime in 2012 entitled:
How do I get into ddb after system is booted?

So I decided to implement cnmagic support and file a PR.

Mapping KS_Cmd_Debugger would also work but I'm unsure as to how to do this 
without using wskbd key sequences in the magic.
