Very much in favour, including having build.sh updated to know about
the sets dependency for iso-image, though it might be better in that
case to have iso-image fail with a very specific message indicating
sets have not been built - to allow the case for someone to build
release & sets and then just run iso-image later without having to
rebuild the world...
