I have made `build.sh -x pkg=...' an error for now to avoid confusion.

oBut just for the record: pkgsrc X11_TYPE=modular has coexisted
peacefully with base MKX11=yes for as long as I can remember.  The
pkgsrc packages simply don't link against anything in /usr/X11R7.
I've been doing this on my main laptop for probably a decade, maybe
longer.  (Feel free to remove the error if you think this fact
obviates the motivation for it.)
