That was probably not necessary (not harmful, but not needed).
Man pages generally only need date bumps when new (useful) information
is added, or something significant is changed.   I doubt that
standards compliance is important enough.

But for the substantive change to <stdlib.h> - are you sure that
mkostemp() prototype was moved to the right place?   That is, should
it be exposed if _OPENBSD_SOURCE is set ?   It wasn't previously.

I have no idea, but thought I'd ask.
