A part of me wanted to put them in one of two orders:

1. alphabetical
2. more local to more global (cpu->lwp->proc) or vice versa

Except cpu is also more global than either lwp or proc in another
sense, or isn't really commensurate, so this doesn't quite form a
hierarchy.

Another part of me got bored fussing with it and just committed what I
had, the main point of which was the new curcpu_stable.
