Right now we don't know if any of the missing things will be trouble, and even if we do move to include/no I'd like to do that via an intermediate step of a config with small differences. Also I think we should also consider extracting lots of things into includable files, similar to how include "dev/usb/usbdevices.config" is used now in GENERIC. That will raise interesting cross-arch issues about value vs kernel memory usage probably. These include files would allow a simplification of XEN3_DOMU which as I see it should have ~no drivers but all the rest of the options.
