This breaks the build for me in src/tests/net/in_cksum:

#   compile  in_cksum/cpu_in_cksum.o
/usr/tools/bin/x86_64--netbsd-gcc   -fPIE   --sysroot=/ -DHAVE_CPU_IN_CKSUM -I/usr/src/tests/net/in_cksum -I/usr/src/sys/netinet -I/usr/src/tests/net/in_cksum/../.. -D_KERNTYPES  -x assembler-with-cpp -c    /usr/src/sys/arch/amd64/amd64/cpu_in_cksum.S
/usr/src/sys/arch/amd64/amd64/cpu_in_cksum.S:33:10: fatal error: machine/frameasm.h: No such file or directory
 #include <machine/frameasm.h>
          ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
