Problems booting netbsd DOM0

Hej,

i cannot figure out how to boot a netbsd dom0 successfully on my HP Proliant DL380p G8 server.
When running -current native, all is fine (apart from: sometimes it does not shutdown or reboot from netbsd…)
When trying to boot xen (4.11,4.13 or 4.15)
I either get the heap full error:

> 2907120+1332240=0x40b0ec
> Loading /netbsd-XEN3_DOM0-9-99-77.gz
> heap full (0x68e8c+32768)

or, if successful (current xen and DOM0) it gets stuck:

unfortunately the console output is via iLO and so it is not easy to capture (for me, that is):

Any help on that available? Also pointers on how to setup a working bootloader would be nice ;-)

Cheers
