pkgsrc: Xen 4.1 available

Hi,

Xen 4.1 is now in pkgsrc.

When setting up a Dom0 install sysutils/xenkernel41 and sysutils/xentools41.

Thanks to all people who helped with testing this.

Known bug:
Starting a PV guest with 'xl' fails. This needs to be analyzed
and reported to xen-devel.
Starting a HVM guest with 'xl' works just fine.

Known caveat:
When you boot the xen kernel with the dom0_mem option and
you want to use 'xl' then disable ballooning in xl.conf
or you will experience a hang of xl.
