I upgraded to xentools20-2.0.7nb10, and it still works here.

Maybe try playing with memory. It could be what makes the difference.
I tried 256M myself and it works ...

Also my box only has 392M total.

I though it was part of xenkernel20, my memory is failing it seems ...
I probably build mine from sources; i'll sent it in private mail.
