-current won't build; sendsig_sigcontext

I know this is a reported bug, but -current won't build for vax.

Can anyone briefly describe what has to be done?

Apparently this is caused by COMPAT_16 which allows one to sun NetBSD
1.6 binaries? 

it looks like setupstack_sigcontext2 is pretty close.
