I am going to try that this morning with coffee in hand. I have a good question here, why do you have both a CDROM and DVD attached to your
NetBSD LDOM? Is that to provide access to packages and "sets" files?

When the "minimal" installation is selected the cdrom image has all the sets, whereas a "full" installation some of the sets are not present on the cdrom and the dvd is required.

[ 8.3302996] /kern/rootdev: file system not clean (fs_clean=0); please fsck(8)
initscr: No such file or directory

The non-clean rootdev is new to me - is the miniroot.fs image in good shape? Have you tried a moew recent build (if any)

The iniscr error message I havn't seen before as well - again please try again to ensure that the image is not corrupt
