Yes, all the sets stuff has been rearranged and size has grown as we stopped
using .tar.xz to allow installations on small memory machines.

If you have a DVD drive and writables for them, you should use the

NetBSD-11.0_BETA-sparc64-dvd.iso

instead.

Sysinst is not specifically build for the concrete *.iso image, so it doesn't
have any idea what sets should be present on that medium. It should offer
better options to deal with failures in that case, like ask whether
to deselect a missing set or fetch it via network. Or (if a local medium)
just look and find out upfront...
