I took a look in /usr/pkgsrc/devel/boost-libs/Makefile. The setting BJAM_ARGS+= pch=off is in there... I cancelled the build-process. There is a message: Makefile:14747: recipe for target 'configure-target-libstdc++-v3' failed gmake[1]: *** [configure-target-libstdc++-v3] Error 1 Greetings, Helge
