Thanks for the quick response. OK this makes sense - I'll do a new
install with a smaller root partition and then try the GENERIC.mp
kernel.  That's a lot of CPU modules you have! I bought a bunch of
SM61's cheap recently and have two Ross 125MHz which seem pretty nice
in my SS20.
