Careful of large disks. I've an SS2 with the updated system rom + weitek 
80Mhz and it silently gets gas with disks > 8gb where you'll be fine for a 
while then suddenly once your usage gets past a certain point beyond the 
7.5gb mark something wraps and subsequent writes will fandango across the 
first part of the disk. Consider 8gb slices, but very interested if anyone 
else has spotted this problem in the wild.
