Re: O2 vs. X, getting there

I searched on the web more and compiling kdepim-3-5-9 by itself solved the crash ... also monitoring through ssh on my Linux Fedora with Top. CPU percentage were in the +/- 50 % level Have more fun. Luc.

compiling kde3 meta-pkgs ... after 3 days :
I'm getting a crash when it goes to compile soapC in kdepim- kresources-3.5.9/work/kresources-3.5.9/groupwise/ gets (96385 warnings) not 36385 and then crashes after 2 hours compiling it ... any ideas ??? Luc. I searched on the net ... look's like a 100% usage of cpu resource until it crashes... ???

Eh, I didn't even get there - qt3-tools doesn't build here because uic reproducably crashes. Otherwise, your description really doesn't tell a lot. What about the actual error message? Besides that, I don't think many packages have ever been built on any NetBSD/MIPS platform so be prepared to fix a few things.

have fun
