You create arch/powerpc/include/ibm4xx/amcc440ep.h(?).  And 440EP board
sources to evbppc/440EP_BOARDDIR.
Also add AMCC440EP peripheral devices to opb.c and plb.c.  
Next, ZMII should be likely to be supported to EMAC of 440EP.  ZMII is
more difficult than RGMII perhaps.
I understand neither PCI nor USB at the end.  OpenBlockS600 doesn't
support PCI.  And, my USB is USB OTG(not EHCI).

OpenBlockS600 is booted by U-Boot.
