I've uploaded the new files in the results of a bulk rebuild of
pkgsrc-2008Q4 done on NetBSD/macppc 3.1_STABLE to

   ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/powerpc/3.1_2008Q4/

A total of 2.3GB of packages were uploaded for a total of 2606
packages.  The packages which are now available in new versions,
or were not available earlier are:

GraphicsMagick-1.3.5, awstats-6.9, docker-1.5nb1, dovecot-1.1.10,
mysql-client-5.0.67nb2, ntp-4.2.4p6, py24-django-1.0.2nb1, and
tor-0.2.0.33.

The source tree this was built from was updated Feb 4, 2009.

As indicated above, the build was done on a machine running NetBSD
3.1_STABLE, and most of these packages should be usable on newer
versions of the OS up to where we switched to gcc 4, and should also
be usable on 3.1 and probably on 3.0 as well.  For the packages which
are not architecture-specific (should be the vast majority), these
packages should also be usable on other powerpc ports.
