WALNUT/OPENBLOCKS266 changes to sysinst

        Would any Walnut / OPENBLOCKS266 users be able to test sysinst
        in the image at http://mono.org/abs/evbppc-5BETA/

        It has kiyohara's patches from

        plus some updated release notes

        Its committed to current
        http://mail-index.netbsd.org/source-changes/2009/01/25/msg216281.html
        and ready for a pullup to netbsd-5 :)
