Although, it's size would make it less than preferable to colocate.

What do you need it to do?  That seems like a lot of horsepower if
you were also talking about a 440-based system.

I would need it to run 30 websites (2 are high traffic) that have really poorly written php. It would be great if I could have SATA drives. I go through a hard drive every 3 or 4 months anymore and they only have SATA drives at the colo. I keep looking at new hardware because then the people at the colo will hopefully not complain about my servers so much.
