evbppc build failure with LKMs

Building LKMs requires access to several parameters in vmparam.h.  The
evbppc port, however, conditionally includes the ibm4xx or the oea
vmparam.h based on options which are not available to LKMs.  Thus,
LKMs fail to build.

Can someone deal with this, please?
