Java for NetBSD/PowerPC

Hello everybody!

I've got a working JVM for NetBSD/macppc. I packaged it so that I can
have some bugs feedbacks. I just commited it in the pkgsrc, in
lang/blackdown-jdk13.

It should work for all PowerPC ports (it's even PowerPC only,
currently...), let me know if you have problems with it.
