Ok, i will try out.

I load the stuff, generate a boot disk with "dd" and switch the
dipswitch 1,2 and 3 off . Also i conecct a null modem cable to
my 3260. I boot the machine in monitor a do the following:

after this - nothing .
Any suggestions?
