I have a Performa 6360, with very similar problems.

The onboard graphics thing works as OF console but mine fails to boot
even from harddisk with that. It does boot with the OF console on a PCI
graphics card though.

Nice, I didn't think of that. I ended up preparing the harddisk in
another machine...

Did you set load-base and real-base?

Yeah, same here. Once netbsd is up it should show up as a tlp.
