NetBSD 5.0.1 doesn't boot on Powermac G5(late 2004, Powermac 9,1)

Hello list.
I am trying boot NetBSD 5.0.1 on my Powermac G5 and get some error.
Here is my config:

Powermac 9,1 (Power Mac G5(late 2004))
1*1,8 Ghz G5
1024 Mb Ram
Radeon 9600
80 Gb Sata hdd
Dvd-rw

OpenFirmware version:
----

boot-syntax. 00000001

OpenFirmware variables are default, except auto-boot?=false

I burn macppccd-5.0.1.iso with checksum control. Then in openfirmware
console try boot with command:

After reboot all repeats again.
Also trying 5.0 release with the same error.

When trying boot debian-ppc 5.0.3 can load only 64bit kernel, with
32bit get errors.
